This book filled me with positive thinking with several standout moments related to working with teams. The statement that "everyone is relating" made me reflect on how we engage with people and the habit of making assumptions about who they are or what they want. Just ask! The lessons on catching your own inner culture offered a heightened awareness of the effects unconscious bias can have on any personal interaction.
